Join us twice a month, on the first and/or third Monday of each month at noon EST.
During these 60-minute community gatherings, we will:
- share subtle shifts for your mind, body, and home,
- meet, greet, and learn from the Sacred Spaces authors
- share writing and journal prompts
- practice different healing modalities, like yoga, somatic movement, and breath work
- explore the science of Ayurveda and its wisdom in topics like sleep, meditation, physical well-being, nourishment, emotional well-being, nature, and much more.
- offer community conversation time for sharing for collective growth and networking.
